Custom size pizza stones, cut to your oven or grill

Home ovens and grills come in more sizes than any shelf stocks. Residential customers can order the same commercial-grade stone custom cut to their own oven or barbecue dimensions — the material working kitchens use, in exactly the footprint your equipment needs.

How a custom order works

  1. Measure: rack or grate width and depth, minus two inches each — the sizing guide shows the method and has a printable worksheet.
  2. Send the required length, width, and thickness, plus your equipment information, through the contact page.
  3. A BSCK consultant reviews the requirement and returns confirmed pricing, delivery cost, and estimated delivery time before you commit.

Thickness is chosen for you

Thickness doesn’t change how fast a stone transfers heat — it buys strength and recovery capacity. Lighter stones suit home ovens; that is a specification decision made for your application, not an upsell.

Your sizing stays on file, so a replacement or a second stone arrives cut to the same specification without re-measuring.

The BSCK 24-month limited guarantee

Your BSCK Stone is guaranteed against cracking under normal oven operation for 24 months from delivery, provided it has been installed, operated, handled, and stored in accordance with the instructions supplied with your kit.

Conditions of the guarantee

  • Always bring the stone up from a room-temperature oven. Never place a cold stone into a preheated oven.
  • Allow 30 to 45 minutes for the stone to reach operating temperature before loading food.
  • Allow the stone to cool gradually in the oven. Do not remove it hot or cool it with forced air or liquid.
  • Keep water and ice off a hot stone. When adding steam, place the water pan on the oven floor, never in contact with the stone.
  • Keep wet and greasy items off the stone surface — use a pan, cookie sheet, parchment, or foil.
  • Never place the stone directly on a heating element or in direct contact with open flame. Grills and open-flame applications require a metal flame diverter.
  • Maintain approximately one inch of clearance on all sides for airflow.
