Dead equipment nobody supports
Kitchens run on ovens whose manufacturers have moved on. When the original stone cracks and there is no part number left to order, the oven doesn't need replacing — the stone does. A replacement is cut to the specification of your oven, not to whatever happens to be on a shelf.
What to send for a replacement quote
- Oven brand and model, and the original part number if you have it
- The required length, width, and thickness of the stone
- Photographs of the oven and of the stone being replaced
- What the stone rests on, and how the oven is used during service

What size replacement stone do you need?
- The stone sits on a rack: measure the width and depth of the rack and subtract two inches from each — that leaves approximately one inch of clearance on all sides for airflow.
- The stone is mounted any other way, or you are not sure: send the length, width, and thickness you have, with photographs of the oven, the old stone, and what it rests on. Do not guess at a size — the review confirms it before anything is cut.
