Terms of use

Last updated

These terms govern your use of bsckovenstones.com, operated by BSCK Oven Stones under Aim Hii Marketing Group. Purchases are governed separately by the terms of sale.

Acceptable use

Use the site for its intended purpose: learning about, sizing, and ordering baking stone products. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe or circumvent its security, scrape its content at scale, or submit false, unlawful, or infringing material.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, guides, diagrams, photography, and the BSCK name and marks — belongs to BSCK or its licensors. You may print or save pages for your own use; you may not republish site content commercially without written permission.

Content you submit

When you upload oven photographs or submit information through our forms, you keep ownership of it and grant BSCK a licence to use it for the purpose you submitted it for — reviewing compatibility, preparing your quote, and supporting your order. We do not publish your photographs. Handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy. Submit only photographs you have the right to share.

Guidance is general

Sizing, first-use, care, and cooking guidance on this site is published in good faith for typical equipment and use.

It does not replace the compatibility review for your specific oven, and a brand or model appearing anywhere on this site does not guarantee that every model is compatible. You remain responsible for operating your own equipment safely and in accordance with its manufacturer’s instructions.

Third-party services

Payment pages are operated by Stripe, and some links lead to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites and services.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, and disputes are subject to the courts of Ontario.
