Where we ship

BSCK ships to Canada and the United States.

Delivery timing

Stone is heavy, fragile freight, and delivery timing depends on destination, stone dimensions, thickness, and whether the order is standard or custom cut. Those variables move the schedule enough that a single published figure would be wrong for most orders, so timing is confirmed at quote or checkout instead. Every commercial quote states the expected delivery window before the order is finalised, and custom cutting adds production time that is disclosed up front.

Freight, duties, and brokerage

Shipping cost is confirmed before you pay — at quote for commercial orders and at checkout for residential orders. Cross-border shipments may attract duties and brokerage fees, which are confirmed as part of your quote or checkout total rather than surprising you at the door.

Split shipments and tracking

An order may arrive as more than one package, from more than one point of origin — for example the stones separately from the tools. You receive a tracking number for every shipment.

Damage in transit

Stone that arrives cracked or damaged is our problem, not yours. When a delivery arrives:

  1. Photograph the packaging and the damage before discarding anything.
  2. Contact us with your order number and the photographs — reporting window: to be confirmed.
  3. We review and arrange the remedy. Where your sizing is on file from a compatibility review or custom order, a replacement stone is cut to the same specification without re-measuring.

Do not install or use a damaged stone.

Returns and refunds are covered by the returns policy; ordering and delivery terms by the terms of sale.
