Returns and refunds

Standard products

Standard (non-custom) products may be returned unused and in their original packaging within the return window. Return window, who pays return freight, and any restocking fee: to be confirmed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Stone is fragile — contact us before returning anything so we can advise on packing, and keep proof of shipment.

Custom-cut stones

Custom-cut stones are non-returnable except where defective. A custom stone is cut to the specification you approved; a stone that matches its approved specification is not defective. Please verify your measurements with the sizing guide before approving a custom order.

Damaged or defective items

Damage in transit is handled under the shipping policy — photograph everything and contact us. A stone that cracks in use is assessed under the guarantee terms.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We confirm eligibility, provide the return address, and process the refund when the item arrives back in the required condition.
