About BSCK Oven Stones
The product is the Baking Stone Conversion Kit — BSCK. The name is the proposition: it is a kit, not a loose stone, and it converts a compatible oven you already own into a stone-cooking surface.
A chef's judgement, not a catalogue
The business is built on direct executive-chef experience in intercontinental cuisine. That is not decoration on an About page — it is what produces the menu-engineering analysis, the recipe and methods book, the cross-utilized ingredient work, and the practical judgement about which foods actually improve on stone and which need a pan. A stone supplier alone cannot provide that.
Honest about what we are
BSCK is a supplier of commercial-grade baking stone, not a manufacturer of it. We do not claim to have engineered the material, and we do not present another company's certifications, patents, or warranties as our own. What we stand behind is our specification work, our kit, our instructions, and our own guarantee — set out in full below.
Standards we operate to
- Compatibility reviewed and documented before a commercial quote is issued
- Claims tied to documentation, with expectations labelled as expectations
- Full operating, moisture, and care procedure published openly rather than buried
- Sizing retained on file so replacements and repeat orders are exact
- Support available after the sale, not just before it
The BSCK 24-month limited guarantee
Your BSCK Stone is guaranteed against cracking under normal oven operation for 24 months from delivery, provided it has been installed, operated, handled, and stored in accordance with the instructions supplied with your kit.
Conditions of the guarantee
- Always bring the stone up from a room-temperature oven. Never place a cold stone into a preheated oven.
- Allow 30 to 45 minutes for the stone to reach operating temperature before loading food.
- Allow the stone to cool gradually in the oven. Do not remove it hot or cool it with forced air or liquid.
- Keep water and ice off a hot stone. When adding steam, place the water pan on the oven floor, never in contact with the stone.
- Keep wet and greasy items off the stone surface — use a pan, cookie sheet, parchment, or foil.
- Never place the stone directly on a heating element or in direct contact with open flame. Grills and open-flame applications require a metal flame diverter.
- Maintain approximately one inch of clearance on all sides for airflow.
BSCK Oven Stones operates under Aim Hii Marketing Group.
